The Reserve Tasting at the Villa features a selection of limited-production wines, including our award-winning Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. The inclusion of a charcuterie board with cured meats, local cheeses, and our own estate-grown preserves provides a delightful experience of balanced flavors, enhancing the enjoyment of these special wines.
Charcuterie features local handcrafted cured meats from small family farms that are committed to raising their animals humanely and sustainably, without the use of hormones and antibiotics. Cheeses are selected by Chef to pair harmoniously with our wines and are sourced from artisan creameries around the world. Accoutrements include dried and preserved Trefethen produce and in-house crackers.

2023 Dry Riesling
Refreshing aromas of lime zest and apple are layered with floral hints of jasmine and orange blossom. Bright on the palate, flavors of guava and peach are lively with notes of Granny Smith apple and citrus.
2022 Chardonnay
Fresh aromas of green apple and stone fruit are layered with hints of gardenia. On the palate, zesty citrus flavors and notes of ginger lead to a classic light and bright finish.
2021 Cabernet Franc
Rich aromas of cherry and black pepper are balanced with earthy notes of clove and black tea. On the palate, silky tannins dance with flavors of raspberry and carry through to a lively, prolonged finish.
2021 O.K.D. FIVE
This wine boasts deep aromas of dark fruit and cherry with earthy notes of bay leaf and black pepper. Lively on the palate, concentrated flavors of dried cherry and fig are layered with spicy notes of cinnamon and earthy sage, leading to a long refreshing finish.
2019 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Rich aromas of cassis and dark berries are layered with earthy notes of toasty oak and nutmeg. Substantial on the palate, rich flavors of plum and dark cherry with hints of black pepper lead to a long, fruit-driven finish.
