The Reserve Tasting at the Villa features a selection of limited-production wines, including our award-winning Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. The inclusion of a charcuterie board with cured meats, local cheeses, and our own estate-grown preserves provides a delightful experience of balanced flavors, enhancing the enjoyment of these special wines.
Charcuterie features local handcrafted cured meats from small family farms that are committed to raising their animals humanely and sustainably, without the use of hormones and antibiotics. Cheeses are selected by Chef to pair harmoniously with our wines and are sourced from artisan creameries around the world. Accoutrements include dried and preserved Trefethen produce and in-house crackers.

2020 Dry Riesling
Fresh and fragrant with gorgeous jasmine, honeyed white peach, and grapefruit aromas. Dry, but succulent, the palate is powered by bright, mouthwatering acidity and a refreshing minerality that animates the wine’s long and lively finish.
2020 Katie’s Acre Chardonnay
A true classic, this Chardonnay opens with a beautiful fragrance on the nose. The integrated fruit notes of honeydew melon, pear, and apricot are layered with accents of hazelnut and orange blossom. The cool minerality and graceful acidity lift the flavors on the palate leading to a finish that is long, bright, and expressive.
2020 Cabernet Franc
Concentrated aromas of cherry and strawberry, layered with accents of vanilla and a hint of graphite. On the palate, silky tannins carry the fruit and lead to a roasted coffee and black pepper finish.
2019 Dragon’s Tooth Red Blend
Aromas of cherry and blackberry accented with notes of fig, tobacco leaf, and sarsaparilla. Full-bodied and balanced, the integrated flavors of ripe dark fruit lead to a lush and abundant finish.
2018 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
This elegant wine has aromas of fig, plum, cassis, tobacco, and black pepper, with hints of bay leaf and mint. This rich palate features flavors of Luxardo cherry, fresh plum, blackberry, and dried fruits, followed by sustained and dense tannins and a long finish.
