Charcuterie features local handcrafted cured meats from small family farms that are committed to raising their animals humanely and sustainably, without the use of hormones and antibiotics. Cheeses are selected by Chef to pair harmoniously with our wines and are sourced from artisan creameries around the world. Accoutrements include dried and preserved Trefethen produce and in-house crackers.

2018 Dry Riesling
Floral aromas of orange blossom and jasmine are complemented by fresh notes of green apple and grapefruit. On the palate, this bright, yet luscious wine evolves with flavors of nectarine, white peach and honey-crisp apple. The minerality and beautiful acidity provide an invigorating finish.

2020 Katie’s Acre Chardonnay
A true classic, this Chardonnay opens with a beautiful fragrance on the nose. The integrated fruit notes of honeydew melon, pear, and apricot are layered with accents of hazelnut and orange blossom. The cool minerality and graceful acidity lift the flavors on the palate leading to a finish that is long, bright, and expressive.

2020 Pinot Noir
This Pinot Noir showcases a balance of earth, fruit, and spice. Dried raspberry, cherry, and cedar aromas give way to blackberry, dark chocolate, and sandalwood notes on the palate. Graceful tannins and fresh acidity enhance the wine’s supple finish.

2018 Dragon’s Tooth Red Blend
Aromas of cherry and blackberry accented with notes of fig, tobacco leaf, and sarsaparilla. Full-bodied and balanced, the integrated flavors of ripe dark fruit lead to a lush and abundant finish.

2016 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Enduring aromas of juicy blackberries and dried cherries are accompanied by flavors of dark chocolate and an elegant touch of cedar. There is a velvety texture on the palate with a rich, round mouthfeel and a lingering finish.
