The Reserve Legacy Tasting at the Villa features a selection of Trefethens Legacy Collection of wines, including HāLo, the winery’s flagship Cabernet Sauvignon. The inclusion of a charcuterie board with cured meats, local cheeses, and our own estate-grown preserves provides a delightful experience of balanced flavors, enhancing the enjoyment of these special wines.
Charcuterie features local handcrafted cured meats from small family farms that are committed to raising their animals humanely and sustainably, without the use of hormones and antibiotics. Cheeses are selected by Chef to pair harmoniously with our wines and are sourced from artisan creameries around the world. Accoutrements include dried and preserved Trefethen produce and in-house crackers.

2022 Dry Riesling
Vibrant aromas of stone fruit and lemon zest are layered with notes of jasmine and
wildflowers. Fresh on the palate, flavors of grapefruit, lime and other citrus lead to
a clean and bright finish.
2021 Katie’s Acre Chardonnay
Aromas of stone fruits and tangerine are layered with hints of toasted brioche. This wine is bright on the palate with zesty flavors of grapefruit and key lime, balanced by hints of lemon meringue and pear.
2019 The Cowgirl and The Pilot
Aromas of raspberry and plum followed by notes of eucalyptus, rose petals, black
pepper and vanilla. This rich wine features flavors of blackberry, currant, cherry
cola and dark chocolate with vibrant acidity and balanced by tenacious tannins.
2019 Dragon’s Tooth
Bold, dark fruit aromas of blackberry, plum, and boysenberry are complemented
by notes of clove, nutmeg, and cedar. Generous on the palate, the lively acidity and
youthful tannins add depth and energy leading to a long finish.
2018 HāLo
Our most rare and beloved Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas of ripe raspberry with notes of pepper, bay leaf, and a touch of sasparilla. On the palate, this is a dark, dense wine, with layers of plum and raspberry, and notes of baking spices and tobacco.
