The Reserve Legacy Tasting at the Villa features a selection of Trefethens Legacy Collection of wines, including HāLo, the winery’s flagship Cabernet Sauvignon. The inclusion of a charcuterie board with cured meats, local cheeses, and our own estate-grown preserves provides a delightful experience of balanced flavors, enhancing the enjoyment of these special wines.
Charcuterie features local handcrafted cured meats from small family farms that are committed to raising their animals humanely and sustainably, without the use of hormones and antibiotics. Cheeses are selected by Chef to pair harmoniously with our wines and are sourced from artisan creameries around the world. Accoutrements include dried and preserved Trefethen produce and in-house crackers.

2023 Dry Riesling
Refreshing aromas of lime zest and apple are layered with floral hints of jasmine and orange blossom. Bright on the palate, flavors of guava and peach are lively with notes of Granny Smith apple and citrus.
2022 Katie’s Acre Chardonnay
Aromas of tropical nectar and crème brûlée are layered with hints of tangerine and toasted brioche. This wine is bright on the palate with silky flavors of lemon curd and citrus leaf.
2021 The Cowgirl and The Pilot
Aromas of black cherry and dried fig are followed by notes of graphite and bay leaf while the palate is rich with dark cocoa, cracked black pepper and dried berry. This wine opens with bright acidity, balanced with subtle tannins and a vibrant mouthfeel.
2021 O.K.D. FIVE
This wine boasts deep aromas of dark fruit and cherry with earthy notes of bay leaf and black pepper. Lively on the palate, concentrated flavors of dried cherry and fig are layered with spicy notes of cinnamon and earthy sage, leading to a long refreshing finish.
2019 HāLo
Concentrated aromas of Bing cherry, plum and blackberry are layered with earthy notes of molasses and tobacco. Rich flavors of plum and berry carry through on the palate and are enhanced by hints of black pepper, leading to a long and powerful finish.
