2Place the Trefethen Olive Oil, Dry Riesling, lemon juice, and salt in four separate bowls on the same platter.
3To eat the oysters, just add a few drops of the olive oil, a teaspoon or so of the Riesling, a few drops of lemon juice, and a tiny pinch of salt and pop straight into your mouth.
