Dragon's Tooth Red Wine 2011 1.5L
This unique blend presents cherry and boysenberry aromas with hints of cinnamon and baking spice. Nutmeg and toasty oak flavors segue into a long, chocolatey finish that would disarm the fiercest of dragons. Malbec brings a diversity of fruit to the palate, Petit Verdot contributes body, and Cabernet Sauvignon lends darker fruit and structure.
Dragon’s Tooth is wonderful with all manner of beasts. Our favorites are short ribs, grilled steak, roasted lamb, or duck breast. The wine also shines with dark fruit reduction sauces.
