Pinot Noir 2017
This elegant Pinot Noir is sumptuous with gorgeous fresh ripe strawberry, cherry and cranberry flavors layered with delicate notes of cedar, earth and spice. Delightfully balanced with bright acidity and integrated tannins, it is seamless on the palate with a beautiful, long finish.
Winery Chef Chris Kennedy considers this wine to be fruit-forward enough to stand up to roasted meats, but refined enough to pair beautifully with grilled California pink trout. He suggests adding sautéed red peppers and mushrooms, finished with a sprig of thyme to “watch this wine sing!”
