Located in the Napa Valley an hour north of San Francisco
From San Francisco (via the Bay Bridge)
Take Highway 80 East toward Sacramento. Cross the Carquinez Bridge and take exit 33 toward Auto Mall Parkway, keep left at the fork, follow signs for Napa/CA-37 and merge onto CA 37 West. Take exit 19 toward Napa/State Hwy 29, turn right at CA-29/Sonoma Blvd, continue to follow CA-29. Continue straight onto CA-12/CA-29 (signs for Napa/State Hwy 12/Sonoma, Calistoga/State Hwy 29). Continue to follow CA-29 9.8 miles. Turn right on Oak Knoll Avenue. Trefethen Family Vineyards entrance is the first driveway on the left.
From Sacramento
Take Highway 80 west to the Napa/Sonoma exit (Hwy. 12). Follow the signs to Napa and turn right onto Highway 29. Follow the signs to Calistoga and continue north on Hwy. 29 through the town of Napa until you reach the light at Oak Knoll Avenue. Turn right, and travel 0.2 miles to Trefethen, which will be on your left.
From the Silverado Trail
Oak Knoll Avenue will be to the west, just south of Clos du Val Winery. Cross Big Ranch Road and Trefethen will be on your right.
From Calistoga or St. Helena
Head south on Highway 29 to the light at Oak Knoll Avenue. Turn left and drive 0.2 miles to Trefethen, which will be on your left.
